We have spaces for every kind of meeting. The Nightingale suite can accommodate up to 120 delegates – great if the main hall is just a little too big for your event. Each of our 7 meeting rooms can be booked for individual hire or as breakout rooms and can accommodate up to 30 people.
Every room is fully equipped with 75 inch or larger LED screens and click share technology. This allows you to share your presentations effortlessly and wirelessly. In addition, two of our rooms are also fitted with Video Conferencing equipment so you can connect to your colleagues wherever they are using Teams, Zoom or other Video Conferencing platforms. We also have a small meeting room for 2 – 6 people, perfect for interviews or one to one meetings.
Our day delegate rates provide everything you need to make your meeting a success including:
