Our main hall contains 3 HD projectors with corresponding immense ceiling mounted screens allowing you to present your material to over 550 people with no visual hinderance. Supported by a 32 channel digital sound-desk, wireless microphones and a digital AV switcher, we can ensure your event looks and sounds as professional as you desire. Our LED lighting in the main hall can set the perfect ambience for you, and our highly skilled technicians will be on hand throughout the day so all you have to worry about is the content of the presentation – and we have a simple clicker for running through slides helping you srfay All of our standard conference rooms have large LED screens with both HDMI and Clickshare wireless connectivity which means that it’s a breeze to get your laptop connected quickly. We also have 4 meeting rooms with a Polycom video-conferencing camera system to allow you to easily join your Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Zoom call. With 4K cameras, noise blocking microphones and crystal clear speakers it’s as though your colleagues are sitting in the room with you. Have a larger presentation? Our Nightingale suite offers multi screen share facilities, ensuring that everyone in the room has access to the presentation being shown.
